Main Responsibilities
- Azure Management
- Manage Deployment process- Monitoring, Alerting, customize Dashboards, Creating runbook processes
- Building up insights – Application insights, Create custom dashboards for environments, finding metrics for critical environment, defining logs for troubleshooting KBs and defining severities
- Support Management- Linux/Windows- Operations & Service desk requirements, Patching tasks, Server setups, General IT Administrative Tasks, Active Directory Account Management, Event Management, SLA, SD reports, Work on Monitoring Tools
Technical
- Graduation / Post Graduation /B.E/B.Tech .BCA/MCA in Computer science preferred
- Linux certified (preferred), up to 2 year experience in L1 support or both.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, JIRA, Confluence, ANSIBLE preferred
- Basic Knowledge of various Monitoring/Deployment/Virtualization tools is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office esp. Excel
- Good English communication skills
Non-Technical
- Excellent team work, interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate effectively internally and with clients overseas
- Able to work in shifts 24/7
